Refund policy

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items 

We are a small business that makes all items from scratch. Because the items are edible foodstuffs we cannot unfortunately facilitate any returns. Please read descriptions carefully and send us a message if you have any questions prior to ordering if there are any issues that concern you! We want you to be happy and well-informed when you make a purchase with us!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can e-mail us at 

Lost Mail 
If you have an insurable/trackable package and it does not arrive please e-mail us right away so we can start a claim with Canada Post. Depending on the result of the claim we can issue a refund, mail out a new package or help provide you information as to where the package might be. 

Wrong Address

It is the responsibility of the client to input the correct mailing information. If you receive your shipment e-mail that means a shipping label has been printed and your package is being sent to Canada Post or another courier. It is too late to make adjustments at that time. If you are able to change the address with us before the shipping label is created there is no charge to you. However if you are able to reach us after the label prints but before it ships you will be responsible for paying for a new shipping label as we are unable to refund the charge of the first label.
