This bar recently got a local upgrade. Now featuring a 70% dark chocolate made bean to bar for us from The Organic House in Burlington, Ontario using Maya Mountain Belizean beans. This is a smooth and luxurious dark chocolate bar with toffee pieces and flakey sea salt.
The result? Something that we promise isn't too bitter or too sweet and is in fact-perfectly balanced!

Founded in 2010, Maya Mountain Cacao (MMC) put Belize on the craft chocolate map as the first exporter in the country to produce high-quality, centrally-fermented, transparently sourced cacao. Maya Mountain Cacao centrally processes all cacao and uses three unique stages of sun drying to create optimal flavour.
