Ramadan deserved a new bar this year - so this is what I came up with! Sweet dried mango, chopped pistachios, cardamom and freeze dried cheesecake make this white chocolate bar surprisingly well balanced. Everyone loved the flavor combo so much I thought it deserved a spot on the menu!
