KUNAFA ALREADY

Our take on the famous 'dubai chocolate' trend but made in house. We start by making our pistachio paste with whole pistachios, mixing it with Belgian white chocolate and toasting kataifi to perfection before mixing it altogether and piping it into a milk chocolate shell airbrushed in midnight blue and gold for Ramadan!

Ingredients: Belgian milk chocolate (sugar 42%, cocoa fat 24%, dry whole milk 22.5%, unsweetened chocolate 11.5%, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour.) • Dsrt co pistachio paste (toasted pistachios, white sugar, grapeseed oil, sea salt) • Belgian white chocolate (new) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), and natural vanilla flavoring) • Toasted kataifi pastry (wheat flour, water, corn starch, canola oil, sugars (dextrose), salt, wheat starch, sodium propionate, butter (cream).) • Green oil based colouring (glycerol (E422), canola oil, colours (E102*, E133), emulsifiers (E322. E433)) • Night blue cocoa butter (cocoa butter, FD&C blue 2 (E132), titanium dioxyde (ti02) (E171)) • Gold coloured cocoa butter (cocoa butter, mica (E555, t102), one or more of the following: fd+c lakes)
