Every year when it comes to menu development we are planning down to the wire and having strong opinions on what does or doesn't make the cut. This year I got down on my knees and BEGGED for these mint meltaways to make it on the menu. As you can see - it paid off.
House made mint meltaway filling enrobed in belgian milk chocolate topped with candy cane pieces.
