This chocolate bar is based on the classic (you can probably guess) chocolate bar that is comprised of shortbread, caramel and milk chocolate. Our bar has all of that but with a little made-from-scratch flair. 

House caramel, milk chocolate ganache on top of our house shortbread encased in a Belgian milk chocolate shell.

Ingredients: Belgian milk chocolate (sugar 42%, cocoa fat 24%, dry whole milk 22.5%, unsweetened chocolate 11.5%, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour.) • Caramel (sugar, belgian white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), heavy cream (cream, milk, dextrose, carrageenan, mono and diglycerides, cellulose gum, polysorbate 80, sodium citrate, disodium phosphate), butter (cream), vanilla extract, sea salt.) • Milk chocolate ganache (milk chocolate, heavy cream, glucose syrup, butter, vanilla) • Shortbread cookies (all purpose flour (wheat flour, benzoyl peroxide, amylase, ascorbic acid, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, butter (cream), sugar (cane sugar), eggs.) • Purple coloured cocoa butter (cocoa butter, mica (E555, E171), FD&C red3(E127), FD&C blue2(E132), FD&C red40(E129)) • Pink spinel coloured cocoa butter (cocoa butter, mica (E555, E171), FD&C red 3(E127)) • Sandy pink coloured cocoa butter (cocoa butter, titanium dioxide (ti02) red40(E129))
