This bar was the winner out of a couple test options for Lunar New Year 2025 - OPEN SESAME blends black sesame with white chocolate for one layer and milk chocolate with toasted pastry and quinoa pearls for the rest. The result is a chocolate bar version of a black sesame and chocolate crepe!
Ingredients: Belgian milk chocolate (new) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring ) • Belgian white chocolate (new) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), and natural vanilla flavoring) • Black sesame seeds, black, herbs & spices (black sesame seeds) • Feuillitine (wheat flour, sugar, concentrated butter 8%, milk sugar, milk proteins, salt, malt extract (barley), raising agent: e500ii) • Dark chocolate puffed quinoa (chocolate 70% cacao (cocoa mass [cocoa liquor], cane sugar, cocoa butter, natural cocoa powder), sweet puffed quinoa ( cane sugar, puffed quinoa), cocoa butter) • Gold leaf (gold)
