Caraibe is a beautifully balanced chocolate with a well-rounded flavour.
This bar has intensely bitter notes, woody highlights and hints of toasted nuts and dried fruits. We find this bar pairs amazingly well with nutty flavours and warm spices like cinnamon or a warm rich espresso or earthy hojicha.
