CHERRY BAR-WELL

A brand new bar to the menu we introduce to you a bar that took an extraordinary amount of R&D for our team to design: Cherry Bar-well. The chocolate bar version of a cherry bakewell tart, a classic British dessert with cherry and frangipane baked in a beautiful tart shell. Our version is a milk chocolate bar with cherry jam, almond frangipane ganache and house baked shortbread creating a beautifully balanced bar bursting with cherry and almond flavour.

Ingredients: Belgian milk chocolate (sugar 42%, cocoa fat 24%, dry whole milk 22.5%, unsweetened chocolate 11.5%, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour.) • White chocolate ganache (belgian white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring) heavy cream (cream, milk, dextrose, carrageenan, mono and diglycerides, cellulose gum, polysorbate 80, sodium citrate, disodium phosphate), butter (cream), glucose (glucose), natural vanilla flavour) • Cherry jam (cherries, sugar, brown cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice, fruit pectin) • Shortbread cookies (all purpose flour (wheat flour, benzoyl peroxide, amylase, ascorbic acid, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, butter (cream), sugar (cane sugar), eggs.) • Roasted almonds • Graham cracker (wheat flour, whole grain wheat flour, golden sugar and/or sugar, végetable oil, honey, salt, baking soda, ammonium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate, soy lecithin, artificial flavour, asparaginase) • Gold coloured cocoa butter (cocoa butter, mica (E555, t102), one or more of the following: fd+c lakes) • Red coloured cocoa butter (cocoa butter, mica (E555, E171), FD&C red40(E129)
