EARL GREY BRÛLÉE

This bar pulls design inspiration from the beautiful cornflower petals included in our locally blended earl grey tea that is used to make the earl grey ganache in this bar. The creme brulee component inspires the almond praline adding a richness and slight sugar-crunch to each bite. A sweet treat that would go excellent with a hot cuppa!
