If you haven't had the pleasure of trying Korean ice cream bar Melona yet, I highly recommend them! This bar is inspired by the melon flavour (iconic) and combines a melon white chocolate with wafer pieces (as an ode to melon kitkats). For that ice cream flavour we added freeze dried vanilla ice cream!
Ingredients: Belgian white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring.) • Freeze dried vanilla ice cream (milk, cream, sugar, vanilla extract, salt) • Vanilla wafer cookies (sugar, vegetable oil (canola, soybean), enriched wheat flour, corn starch, pal, and palm kernel oil shortening, salt, soy lecithin, baking soda, vanilla extract, maltodextrin, skim milk powder, dried whole egg, natural flavour ) • Green oil based colouring (glycerol (e422), canola oil, colours (e102*, e133), emulsifiers (e322. e433)) • Orange oil food colouring ( glycerol (e422), colouring (e110), lecithin (e322) ) • Melon flavouring (propylene glycol, natural and artificial flavourings, triacetin ).
