MY SWEET TART

This bar is inspired by strawberry rhubarb pie on the inside and outside with the calming hues of pink & green. Inside we start with a strawberry rhubarb ganache made with real strawberry and rhubarb locally obtained and freeze dried for freshness. Next we make a pie crumble and coat it with chocolate so it can cozy into the ganache layers and maintain some texture - all of this is wrapped in a pure milk chocolate shell!
