One day our landlord walked in and ordered a milk chocolate bar that had 'some sort of nut and maybe caramel?' and we agreed and said it would be ready tomorrow. We had no such thing on the menu but this little baby came together and it is so simple and delicious - it's a classic! Belgian milk chocolate, toffee pieces, roasted almonds + sea salt.
