Inspired by that Canadian classic 'Coffee Crisp' this bar has a layer of espresso milk chocolate, cookie flavoured belgian Gold + white chocolate, wafer cookie pieces and feuillitine (thin crisp pastry pieces). The harmony of cookies and coffee is a balance that cannot be beat.
The creation of this bar was a happy accident when we mixed two flavours of chocolates together that were left over from other batches. Once we had tried it we knew it had to go on the menu!
